In support of WYCF and the local community, we are able to hire out a number of our rooms for various activities throughout the year.
All rooms shown below are all available to hire for various functions. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements. As a guide the typical event hire prices are :
Party hire for a 3 hour period, this is inclusive of use of the Coffee Bar
- Main Hall and Kitchen – £40
- Disco equipment hire – additional cost – £15
Major Saturday evening or night event – £100, disco use extra as above
Please note, you are more than welcome to provide a bouncy castle for any childrens parties. This would need to be located in the main hall. We would require this to be supplied and installed by a specialist company and would also need of all insurance policies and confirmation that installation has been fixed in accordance with all statutory guidelines.
